Mr. Pantelis Natsiavas is a Research Associate with the Institute of Applied Biosciences (INAB), of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas, Thessaloniki, Greece. He received the Diploma of Electrical and Computer Engineer in 2006, the MSc on “Networks, Communications and Systems Architecture” in 2009 and the MSc on “Medical Informatics” in 2014, all from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh). In parallel, he has worked as a Software Engineer with companies both located in Greece and abroad, providing services regarding software development and consulting. He is a PhD candidate with the Lab of Computing, Medical Informatics & Biomedical Imaging Technologies of AUTh, conducting research regarding the application of Linked Data and Semantic Web paradigms in data related with pharmacology. Since 2013, he has been part of 4 European R&D projects, related with personalized healthcare and health data safety.
